Ingredients
  • Lotus root powder
  • tapioca starch
Direction for use
  • Add a small amount of cold water to 2 tablespoons (15 g) of lotus root powder, and then add in 200 ml of boiling water, it will turn into the sticky texture. You may add in approximately 10g of sugar, mix well and it is ready for served. It can be served cold.
  • You may add in honey, milk or Osmanthus sauce to make the lotus root powder tea. You can also add into soup or snack according to your individual preference.
